Integrated management of large mine environmental programs
The environmental management works were carried out on all access roads and own and contracted facilities, contained in the Project areas, at the Railway Terminal and at the Boarding Terminal.
- Implementation and guarantee of compliance with the Environmental Quality Management System (SGQA) - by SMSA and contractors
- Elaboration of Environmental Control Programs
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with conditions and authorizations.
- Monthly carrying out of environmental audits in contracted companies
- Preparation and conduct of environmental training in the environmental area
- Monitoring of the processing and preparation of technical documentation to meet the demands of environmental agencies (municipal, state and federal)
- Availability and mobilization of team and complete structure (average of 60 employees)
- Inspection and management actions for the implementation of programs and environmental control.
